Save appointment
Reopen appointment and click forward, forward as iCalendar
Click the attachment and right click save – save to a location such as your desktop with no spaces and no special characters
Open NewZapp and upload document to your account - can be found under 'Create & Send'
Apply a link to your email draft - either a button or in text and then click documents and navigate to your calendar file
