Reports - Hotspot

Firstly you'll visit 'Reports' from your NewZapp dashboard which is located on the Blue banner at the top of your page.

This will then take you through to the dashboard of all of your Sent campaigns.

If you wanted to discover the most engaged with link in one of your campaigns, you'll find the campaign from the table above and you'll be taken to the Summary page of the data for this campaign:

With the summary above, you will see the Summary of Opens, Clicks, Sent and Delivered, Bounces if any and the really helpful Peak Engagement Heatmap.

In this instance we want to select 'HotSpot' to the right of Summary on the headers.

You'll see from the above, your links in Campaigns will be highlighted numerically in order throughout your email.

The links which have been engaged with will be highlighted by a red circle around the link number.

On one of the engaged with links, you'll see the Red circle and then a label that highlights "Most Clicked Link".

This is also interactable to see who the individuals are that have clicked and the number of times that they've clicked by clicking into the red circle highlighted above.

You'll then see the above which will show how many Unique Clicks and Total Clicks.

Top Tip - Unique is the number of people you have sent your campaign to that has clicked that link. Total Clicks is the number of time that the audience has opened. The total is likely to be higher than the Unique number as one person may have clicked the link twice as seen above.

You can then click 'View who clicked' above which will take you through to the audience who have Clicked this link.

The above table is the number of links and the URL for each within this campaign. This table is also interactive and you can select each row to see the audience who have clicked the link and the addresses will appear at the bottom of the screen.
