Issues when pasting in text to a text block?

Recently we have received feedback where when you have been building your campaigns and perfecting your tone of voice within your comms, the space 'withintext' is removed. No matter how hard you try, it continues to push your buttons and cause frustration. That 2 minute task becomes 10. After checking all of our cupboards and drawers, we couldn't find the answer within NewZapp so we looked further afield.

When this is happening we've noticed a code for 'Squiggler' within our HTML which appears to come from an external addon within browsers such as Edge or Chrome. Such as the below:

---------------------------------------------------

<editor-squiggler style="height: 0px; width: 0px;">
<style>
            @media print {
                .ms-editor-squiggler {
                    display: none !important;
                }
            }

            .ms-editor-squiggler {
                all: initial;
                display: block !important;
                height: 0px !important;
                width: 0px !important;
            }
</style>
<div class="ms-editor-squiggler"></div>
</editor-squiggler>

---------------------------------------------------
Don't panic, you don't need to learn HTML to be able to fix this and continue with your bulletin or newsletter. We're just going to tell you how to fix this within the Tools we have within the Editor.

To stop this from happening, cut the text from the Text Block and paste 'as plain text' by right clicking on your mouse into a notepad on your device. Within the Editor in NewZapp, delete the stripe that is holding your text Block at the moment -

Selecting the 3 dots on the right of the Stripe, then selecting the Bin icon to delete. Once you've done this, you can select the + icon from the Stripe above or underneath the content you already have to add a brand new Stripe into your Editor. Once you've added a new Text Block into the Stripe, you'll then be able to cut and paste the text from your notepad back into the container and you shouldn't experience the same issue again.
