What is a CID number and where do you find it?
A CID number is your Customer ID Number and every account's CID is unique.
Whenever you need help with your account it's always best to refer to your CID number so our support team know exactly which account you're referring to.
Your CID number is particularly useful if your company has more than one account with NewZapp.
Your CID number can be found when logged into your account: Hover over the 'i' icon on the top right of your screen. A pop-up will open that includes your CID number.
